Encarnación Suite Apartment

We love the location. It is literally next to Setas, it is walkable distance from the city centre. The building has a beautiful inneryard, the apartment is small but nice and clean. We enjoyed it a lot. We were picked up and given keys, all our inquiries were answered. We enjoyed it and def recommend.

Big modern apartment in a central location, good air conditioning especially as it was the middle of a heat wave, very clean and safe/secure with multiple lock entries.

Only minor issues but couple of tv channels weren’t working properly and it could do with blinds as well as the shutters for some privacy if you want more natural light to come in to the rooms.

Apartman is very big and very confortable. You can stay in thos apartmant for weeks.

Apartmant do not have parking place. You need park in public garage.

I prefer self check-in using a pin code rather than waiting to meet someone and connect via mobile before arrival.

Fantastic location, located next to the Cafetería la Centuria which is a perfect central location. Apartment was large with lots of space and amenities. It was quiet outside the apartment at night which was great

Bed was quite hard, sofa bed was decent but had a slight angle. Slightly confusing to leave the property on final day as you have to leave keys in the apartment but then can't get out of the main entrance doors unless someone holds the door open for you.

Very poor communication around picking up the key to access the apartment. I was told I’d receive instructions where to pick up the key the day before my arrival. The morning of my flight no information had been sent and I tried numerous times calling the number provided, but no one answered. Several hours before my flight I contacted Booking.com to see if they could do anything on my behalf. On their third attempt they managed to reach someone who said a message would be sent to me within an hour. I received the instructions to pick up the key literally as I was boarding my flight. This is not acceptable. I considered cancelling as I thought I’d be in Seville at 10pm with no place to stay. Interestingly, the check out instructions were sent a few hours later, a full week before I was leaving.

Brilliant location. Very quiet once in apartment overlooking courtyard. Clean and comfortable.

We arrived after 9pm so had to pick keys up from a different location. Difficult to find where the keys were. Once we got the keys and found apartment, all was good.
