Encarnación Suite Apartment

The property was modern, clean and comfortable. We had a warm welcome from our host who kindly sent us recommendations for restaurants, flamenco etc. We could not have asked for a better location. we would definitely stay here again when we return to Sevilla :)

The apartment is perfectly located. Tapas bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Near the Alcázar, the Giralda, the cathedral from Sevilla and te Plaza de España. We were in the very center of Sevilla, you can't be more centric.We really felt Sevillian. Apartment is clean, has good wifi , regular Spanish digital broadcasting and a box with free Netflix. A good kitchen with the basics and a big refrigerator. Modern bathroom and a nice bedroom. Bedroom and livingroom are air conditioned. Kind hosts! Very nice place!

Generally the apartment is really nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. 1. Location: the apartment was in a very good location, the old town is at a walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. 2. Noise: the building is fairly isolated so we didn’t hear the street noise but there was construction in another apartment on the same floor and they would start around 9 am, but that didn’t bother us. 3. cleanness and equipment: The apartment is fully equipped and has everything needed including oil, salt, sugar and tea and even a bottle of wine (very nice). The only missing thing was a water kettle so we just boiled water in a pot on the stove. The apartment was clean but the sofa had some spots on it. A cleaning person was supposed to come in the middle of our stay but they didn’t. 4. communication with host: we arrived fairly late so several persons from the agency contacted me and provided clear instructions on how to get the keys and how to arrive to the apartment. they were very helpful and responsive. 5. internet speed: internet speed was excellent we had no issues and both my husband and I were working remotely, I don’t understand why there is negative comments on this.

Location and how modern and clean the apartment was. Valentina was excellent, she was very friendly and helpful.
