Apartamento Pargue Tropical

Estaba todo súper limpio con mucha ropa tanto de cama como de toallas para cambio y la ubicación un poco apartada pero genial para los que queremos tranquilidad .. tiene mucho aparcamiento y fácil acceso a todo los sitios. El trato con la dueña en todo momento genial .. cualquier cosa le escribías y contestaba al minuto .. gracias ..

La cafetera yo la cambiaría por una de cápsulas es mas fácil para manejar y los ventiladores los pondría de techo.. pero todo geniall

The building is nice and quiet, but the walls are thin, it was quite noisy at night because of other residents, especially since the windows look directly at the entrance of the building. The apartment matches the photos, at first glance it is quite clean, but unkempt and old (moldy shower cabin and inside of the washing machine, old refrigerator that periodically stopped working).

Communication with the host. I advise you to be vigilant and record absolutely everything in the apartment on video and check if everything works. In our case, the host withheld the cost of a new ironing board from the deposit, because she decided that we broke it, although we did not even use it (that is why I did not even check its condition). After moving out of the apartment, she sent a photo of a rusty board parts, which clearly showed that it became unusable due to rust. No reasonable arguments work with this person. I heard a lot of fabrications about myself including the fact that we broke the board, intentionally threw some parts away and concealed this fact, although the photo that was presented by the host did not reflect this at all. It wasn't the matter of the price but the fact itself, that my side of the story stayed unheard and I was called a liar. Overall the stay in this apartment was ok but the showdown upon departure spoiled the whole impression.

Tranquilidad

The apartment is very well equipped and spacious although the shower needs refurbishment. Lovely pool area and gardens. Supermarket quite close. Felt very secure.

We received a whatsap message with access instructions in Spanish (not our language) and only managed to access the apartment with the help of a resident nearby. No shuttle service available although this was included in the list of amenities. The apartments are residential (very quiet) , not meant for holiday lets. Quite a long walk to the town.

Apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything.

Apartment was a little far out of centre and up a hill which was lonely to walk at night.

The apartment was excellent, exactly as promised! About 10 minutes from the closest beach and 5 minutes to Dino Supermarket. About 10 minutes walk to the popular pick up point to Loro Park or boat excursions (if you don't mind smaller boats it is just 15 min walk to Los Cristianos harbour). All conditions if you prefer cooking. Excellent views both towards the sea and the mountains. Quite large and clean complex. Quite pleased and can highly recomend!
