Die Lage. Sehr zentral. Und es war sauber.

Der beworbene Meerblick blieb leider hinter den defekten Jalousien verborgen, da sie sich nicht öffnen ließen. Es gab nicht ausreichend Besteck für 4 Personen, der Toaster und die Duschkabine waren kaputt und auch sonst hat vieles gefehlt.

El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, a pesar de ser el motivo principal por el que alquilé este piso. Al principio la propietaria me atendió, pero después dejó de responder mis mensajes: le escribí un día y no contestó, al día siguiente tampoco, y por eso tuve que comunicarme con Booking. Fue entonces cuando la propietaria me llamó alterada y me exigió desalojar, lo cual me pareció muy poco profesional. El día del desalojo llegué tarde a mi trabajo por este problema. Y al salir de trabajar, a las 5 de la mañana, no tenía dónde dormir porque todas las reservas disponibles empezaban a las 12 del mediodía. Esto me obligó a conducir una hora hasta mi casa para poder descansar, lo cual me afectó tanto en mi economía como en mi desempeño laboral. Pagando 428 € por 5 noches esperaba un servicio adecuado y un trato profesional, pero la experiencia fue todo lo contrario.

I did not appriciate the complex online needed registration, needing to download a special app for it and scan our documents, photos and signitures. Than on the day of arrivel although we agreed we could enter at 15:00, we had to wait half an hour for the cleaner to finish to clean, otherwise the accomodation and stay were nice
