The host was very helpful, responded very well, and did what she could to accommodate us when there was a technical problem. The apartment was nice, clean, albeit it could use a little maintenance. .

You have to download an app in order to open the building doors for the first time, which was far from user-friendly and we kind of struggled to get inside. And we witnessed other guests struggling with the same. The water pressure is weak (but understandable on an island) and you have to be careful when using the toilet because the drain pipes are narrow and tend to clog easily. Plus some basic kitchen things like a dishsoap etc would be nice to have in place.

Despite its location on a main public road, the convenient and great location enhances overall appeal. Guests can unwind with entertainment on the large Samsung TV, and the functional dining table, suitable for a group of four, adds to the practicality of the space. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with various appliances, meets daily needs seamlessly. The brilliant air conditioning system contributes to a consistently comfortable environment. In the spacious sitting room, a reasonably comfortable sofa complements the overall comfort. With an affordable price of €75 per night, this property stands out as a budget-friendly option with a range of positive features.

While the property has positive aspects, it's important to note some areas that may need attention. The large shower, while offering good pressure, has poor drainage. Additionally, the toilet occasionally leaks after flushing, requiring manual adjustment of the button. The toilet extraction fan proves weak, providing little relief for smells or steam after showering. Additionally, the stay was missing some basic consumables like sugar, paper towels, cooking oil, laundry detergent, bin bags, air freshener, and toilet cleaner, affecting the overall convenience of the accommodation. The modern sitting room, though spacious, is marred by broken blinds, with only half functioning, causing inconvenience due to blinding sunlight. Living on a main public road introduces noise issues, including loud cars, buses, construction work, and street activity. The sofa, though comfortable, shows signs of wear and staining, and the room with two single beds has been affected by leaks, causing peeling paint. Furthermore, the lack of sound isolation and non-breathable bedding may impact the quality of sleep. Maintenance and care seem lacking, with several benefits offset by associated negatives. It's also worth noting that there was an issue with communication, as the host did not respond to my WhatsApp message regarding the non-functional kettle, which remained unresolved throughout the entirety of the stay.

Very dirty! No vacuum cleaner for cleaning, sand everywhere, it’s impossible to clean it properly with a broom, no change of linen and change of towels, only one complect, in one of the rooms the ceiling is very dirty, flooded with something, no bedside tables. The drain in the bathroom was clogged, it was problematic to bath. The electric kettle was broken, during the 2 weeks of our stay it was never replaced. No soap, no shower gel, no dishwashing liquid. So that it would be possible to buy all this after arrival! The apartments are very noisy, they are located along the road and cars drive around the clock! In general, it seems that you live in some kind of office.

In very good location - 10min to the beach,20min to the Lidl,3min to the bus stop connecting with the airport.

Excellent location, spacious, great views, stylish decor

Lift didn’t work, no outside space. Things that we would have appreciated - full length mirror, iron & ironing board, bedside lamps, more subdued lighting in living space.

Location, and the living room has very good lighteling

It could have been cleaner, there were traces of sand in the corners of the bedroom and of the bathroom
