Conde de Ibarra Suite Apartment

S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Veškeré instrukce pro vstup do bytu jsme obdrželi přes whats up, vše jasné a jednoduché. Majitelé se opět přes whats up dotazovali, zda jsme spokojeni, zda nepotřebujeme s něčím pomoci či poradit. Přestože jsme jejich služeb nevyužili, moc si ceníme jejich zájmu. Ubytování je malý byt s teráskou, kde je naprostý klid a soukromí. Ideální na ranní kávu a večerní posezení. V bytě najdete vše potřebné, všude čisto a naklizeno. Ubytování se nachází prakticky v centru, všude lze dojít pěšky. Všem vřele doporučuji.

The apartment was really well equipped and furnished. The location was also fantastic and it felt very safe.

You are given a code to access the courtyard and apartment which is where the problems began. The English language instructions had not been double checked. The front gate buzzer was not working properly to be able to use the first code. The instructions to the were also badly translated and mutually exclusive. They use an AI to communicate which compounded the issue. It was incredibly infuriating as I could speak to a human being. Eventually, someone called and I was in. I have already fed back directly.

It was nice and warm with the AC. It was also quite spacious in the living room and the pillows were comfy (though the pillowcases didn't quite fit them). I also enjoyed the spacious fridge and the kitchen was also nice.

The walls are very thin, so we could hear everything on the street. Some nights were quieter than others, though. Also for the exorbitant cleaning fee, the place wasn't very clean. No floor mats for the bathroom, no cutting board, no place to hang the hand towels.
