Well maintained and spacious as well as very comfortable.

Location - felt safe / secure - ground level

Needs a towel rack / hook in bathroom - to hang towels / clothing Can be noisy at night with closeness to street - but in my acceptable with location

The location is very good, in the city center, close to everything you want to see in Sevilla. Also the host is responding, helpful, I had some problems getting in and they solve it quickly

The apartment need a renovation, is far now from the pictures. The walls are dirty, the doors and closets are old and need to be changed, the sofa had stains. More important, there is a bad smell in the apartment from the drain and from the ventilation. If you go in a period where you can't keep the windows open this will be a problem.

Perfect location - out of the tourist spots but well within walking distance of everything Comfy, modern, stylish - the bathroom in particular Very comfy bed Attentive hosts and very easy to access the property

The landlord is very enthusiastic. The location is quite nice!

Lovely layout and location. Easy to get in and out of the room and complex. The place is great and had a washing machine which was a life saver at this point in our travel.

Pretty typical for Spanish places but there is not much in the way of acoustic treatment. The noise of people passing by could wake a light sleeper.

The apartment was a lovely recluse to return to after busy day in the city. Great facilities, luxurious towels, coffee machine. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions.
