Conde de Ibarra Suite Apartment

The apartment is very close the famous attractions. You can walk to most of them for around 10-15 minutes. The supermarkets and good restaurants are also nearby. The apartment is spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen utensils and condiments are also available. The fridge is also big enough to store our goods for 7 days.

There were a lot of mosquitos. The bed was comfortable but we couldn’t slept well because mosquitos were buzzing around. We woke up the next day filled with mosquito bites especially our little one. It would have been better if they put a mosquito screen behind the windows.

The location was brilliant, it was so close to the centre of Seville but also nicely in the back streets so got to see all of that too! The apartment was beautiful, well air conditioned, very modern. Had great facilities including a fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee machine.

Although the surrounding road is not busy, we could hear every time someone walked or spoke outside. Very minor and not something that should put you off!

The photos do not do the property justice. It is much more beautiful and well mantained than the photos. The wifi is super fast, the aircon is amazing, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Spacious apartment with excellent privacy, wifi, laundry, dishwasher, much daylight and sufficient comfort. Swift service by the property management.

While the apartment was very clean, it had a bad smell in the bathroom and the laundry room. Pest control may be improved for longer stays as we noticed the last night a cockroach. The safe was out of order and we had to ask the neighbours for a wine bottle opener.
