Se encuentra en el centro, puedes ir caminando a cualquier sitio, y si tienes coche, cuenta con parking, lo cual es muy necesario, y en los alrededores, a menos de 100 metros, hay super, panadería, cafetería, asadero de pollos...

Las paredes son muy finas, se escucha muchísimo la tele del vecino, y un poco el ruido de la calle.
