"Prima plek voor een korte citytrip."

Goede communicatie met eigenaar. Alles was volgens afspraak. Schoon appartement. Het appartement bevindt zich in een oude volkswijk. Gezellig geroezemoes overdag en in de nacht is het stil. Wel enige overlast gehad van de tv van de buren. Parkeerplek is fijn. Ervaring met inparkeren in kleine pakeerplaatsen is noodzakelijk.

Badkamer beetje gedateerd. De bedden kraakten.

"Interior cómodo y acojedor"

Interior reformado, camas muy cómodas. Pudieron poner dos cunas.

La localización y el acceso al piso. El ascensor muy pequeño y la zona es de difícil acceso con cochecito. No hay insonorización y se oye la tele del vecino y sobretodo el bar de abajo

Le bruit de la télé du voisin même si en fermant les portes des chambres on pouvait dormir.

Buena localización. Teniendo en cuenta que está en pleno centro se entiende que sea un edificio viejo. Los muebles son funcionales y cuenta con algunos detalles para hacer la estancia más cómoda.

Le hace falta aire acondicionado. Al ser un 1 piso se oye el ruido de la calle si duermes con la ventana abierta
