Ubicación y amabilidad de los propietarios

Solamente destacar que debido a unas obras en la comunidad, la terraza estaba reducida. Sin embargo, quiero destacar que las obras no fueron molestas durante nuestra estancia.

Le petit jardinet (qui m'avait fait choisir ce logement) n'était pas accessible du fait de travaux. La résidence était en réhabilitation depuis le mois d'octobre (dixit la propriétaire) donc du bruit (sans parler de la poussière) dès 8h du matin... j'aurais aimé être prévenue avant notre arrivée. Nous n'aurions peut-être pas choisi ce logement que nous avons loué en Décembre. J'estime que nous n'avons pu profiter que de 50% de ce logement. Très déçue sachant que nous venons sur ALicante 4 fois par an pour voir nos petits enfants qui vivent à Alicante. Nous souhaitions pouvoir louer à chaque venue le même logement. Là ce sera impossible

The patio on the first picture is currently not accessible, about which we were not informed in advance and was the one reason why we reserved this place. The whole building is currently under reconstruction, so there is noice and dust and your view is to construction tape, so you feel like on a crime scene (picture attached). We specifically requested.check in at 17:00 as advertised and then the person didn't show up and came after multiple calls 45 minutes late which is something you don't appreciate with small children. Coffee machine is Dolce Gusto.

Sehr sauber, sehr nett, sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage. Wir kommen wieder. Wir waren 3 Personen und es war ausreichend. Man hat den Strand, Kneipen und Bushaltestellen alles nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt.

Very good location.Bus,tram stops situated near the apartment.Easy getting to the center of Alicante.A lot places for walking.Nice and friendly staff.

War mit Terrasse gebucht dann 3 Tage vor Bezug die Nachricht ist gesperrt wegen Bauarbeiten… ein Frechheit! Das war doch vor der Buchung schon bekannt. Im Urlaub will man doch draußen seinen Kaffee oder Wein im Freien genießen.
