"Exceptional"

The appartament's location is perfect, everything is nearby, the beach is really close and there are many ways for public transport too. There are everything in the appartament, what you need, even beach stuffs. The best part of the place is the nice and private backyard. It's definitely not a 5stars hotel, but you have everything for a comfty holiday with friends or family.

Location 2 minutes from the beach plenty of restaurants and supermarket near by.

Only criticism otherwise perfect was late check in 16.30.Check in time of 15.00 without extra charge is more reasonable.

Wonderful little apartment just a few steps from the beach. Lovely host who was always available and attentive. The terrace was such a nice addition.

Great location by the beach and shops. Very clean and practical. Nice patio area.

A little dated electrics. Small kitchen. A bit expensive.

"Super apartment next to San Juan Beach"

- the location is super. San Juan beach is beautiful - the owner of the apartment is nice (but be aware of only Spanish :-) - the apartment is spacious with a nice garden. Also beach chairs avaiable

not something I don't like but be aware of - no dishwasher, no air conditioner only fans available. (but not too hot at night) - it's ground floor if you sit outside in the garden there might be a lot of mosquitos - the apartment is run by agency so better provide your arrival time as early as possible. We informed them like 30min in advance but we still kind waited for more than 30 mins and in the end the agency asked the owner to open the door for us

"Superb"

WE especially liked the woman/couple who lived across the way from our apartment. She was on hand to answer questions every day and she booked the taxi for us. She was very helpful. Also, her husband. Lola was very nice as well. We appreciated all the help we got as we did not speak Spanish and they had very little English but we managed fine. Thanks again for all the help,
