"Amplio y cómodo a falta de detalles básicos"

Piso amplio, gran terraza y con parking cómodo. Julian muy agradable y atento en todo momento.

Sin duda, los detalles… Ni gel ni champú , Sábanas y toallas muy desgastadas, desconchones en las paredes, cortinas con manchas etc… la limpieza en general…

"A good relaxed holiday"

The terrace is truly the selling point of this apartment with unbelievable views. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and is an excellent location for the beaches and city centre. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away which was ideal for the L30 bus to and from the airport. It was quiet even considering there are major construction works opposite the building. There is plenty of space within the apartment if you were travelling as a family.

We really enjoyed our stay but some constructive feedback would be that some areas of the apartment need a cosmetic upgrade (fresh coat of paint, shower screen trim changing, new cotton blinds and replace both shower heads). The WiFi is only available in the living room. The double bed is too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. New utensils would be good as they are not fit for purpose any more. The appliances could have been cleaned better and there was an issue with one set of the keys.

Просторная квартира. Чисто, уютно. Есть всё необходимое для краткосрочного пребывания. Шикарная библиотека. Очень интересно было посмотреть книги про Альмерию. Большая терраса с видом на разные стороны города. Кухня оборудована всем, что может пригодиться. Расположение тоже очень хорошее: недалеко от вокзалов и от центра города. Поблизости несколько крупных магазинов. До моря минут 15 прогулочным шагом.

Desagüe ducha atascado y cabezal de la ducha en mal estado en el baño pequeño. Papel higiénico insuficiente. La cafetera no era de cápsulas y no había café
