In a great location, across from a public beach and private beach club. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner was attentive to our needs, courteous, and ensured our stay was wonderful!!

Location, the views and garage for our motorbike were high scoring. Check in with Oscar was great, he didn’t speak English but used Google translate. Communications were great and quick. Would happily stay again.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Blick aus Meer. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

"Small apartment in a great location"

The location was perfect being on the paseo and close to the marina in Marbella. Excellent choice of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours close by. We enjoyed sitting out on the apartment balcony for drinks, meals and for the view. The air conditioning works well: it cools the room very quickly.

Unfortunately there was no-one at the building to open the front door and there was no answer when phoning for help. After a long (hot) time someone staying in the apartments came along and let us in. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal but very little working space. The apartment is small and has no room for a dining table inside.

"Disappointing, tired, expensive. Think twice!!"

Great location and fantastic balcony

There were dogs lying on the sofa when the owner showed us into the apartment (late as it wasn’t ready for 3pm). One of the guests has an allergy to dogs. Also evidence of a cat as there was cat litter. Lots of personal items around which we felt a bit off putting. Fridge hadn’t been plugged in therefore took a while to cool our items we’d bought. One bedroom had no window. No aircon in any bedrooms. The whole place was tired including the communal pool area and dodgy lifts. The owner wanted a €500 security deposit which we hadn’t been told about. We paid by PayPal as per her request this came Out at £480, she refunded on our departure date but it came back as €380. Totally unacceptable and hasn’t responded to latest message/ regarding this. The balcony, view and location were the best things about this tired apartment. We felt we paid far too much for what we got.
