OMG this place stinks, and in places dirty! The shower head is a legionella risk and needs replacing urgently. The owner of the property or at least the agent does not care. They have a sewage issue in the apartment, and deny there is an issue. Obviously you can't smell it on the internet nor do they show you the images that you really need to see! We have requested several times a partial refund as we did not stay at the apartment at all due to the issues, nor used the parking. We left the same day we arrived and advised the owner and booking.com of the same, the same day. It made us feel ill. Neither the apartment owner nor booking.com have been supportive nor seem to care. It was not a cheap stay out of season. We were promised a refund for the 70 euros parking and received 10 euros. This place is false advertising, gross, avoid, avoid!

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is so central to everything that Marbella offers.

The apartment is not just centrally located, but it's on the promenade. The other great plus is the sea view and the terrace, The terrace is private and spacious and high enough to have perfect view and same time to hear only the waves. The apartment is well equipped. We travel with rented car and the availability of garage was very convenient.

We would prefer a separate quilt and down instead of blanket, but that's just as recommendation not a complaint.

Location is perfect: near beach and near downtown. A lot of nice caffees around as well as shopping malls. Flat is sparkling clean, bed is super comfy. Host is very helpful.

The property is in a very good location! The view is incredible and there are many cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy good meals and cocktails. I loved that there were several towels, hair dryer and a washing machine! The owners put a very good thought in available items in the apartment! There was basically everything you need to prepare meals by yourself. There were even some coupons for free drinks in some of the cafes. The whole apartment was very clean, everything you need to clean up, dish soup, sponges, a mop etc. the air conditioner worked very good, if you run it all the time then you have to clear the water from the big bundle so the air conditioner continues to work good. The balcony and it's view was just amazing, you can enjoy a nice morning meal, coffee or just enjoy the evening by sitting and enjoying the sound of waves. Overall, we loved our stay, everything was amazing! Also, the owners were very nice, responded quickly, answer all your questions. ❤️ Thank you!

Location was excellent

Absolutely everything from the location to the cleanliness to the hospitality of the owners, there's nothing not to like! Would highly recommend and would love to go back!
