Waou MALASAÑA es MIA - Corta Duración

Location is great - couple of minutes walk to Gran Via st. There is a garage next to the apartment, which is super helpful for people renting a non hybrid/electric car (the apartment is in a low emission zone - it means that if you have a regular gasoline/diesel car, you have to park it in an underground parking each day, otherwise you receive a 200 Euro fine). The staff were super friendly, responsive and made sure our stay is comfortable. It has 2 large bedrooms with an ensuite shower and toilet , one of them was pitch black when closing the shades - which is perfect for people who can’t sleep well with light in the room 🤗 The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a week of stay - washer + dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven and more. I would definitely return to this apartment in my next visit to Madrid.

We were 4, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and equipped. Emi was very responsive and helpful for everything we wish for! I highly recommend ❤️ Great choice!

Prime location. Central but quiet. Spacious, clean, well equiped, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets.

Wonderful location in Malasaña neighborhood, very close to restaurants, sites, and subway. The apartment was well-equipped and the A/C was a dream.

No issues, I can’t list anything we didn’t like.

Beautiful apartment very close to La Gran Via. Very well decorated and stocked with great essentials and delicious coffee. Hosts were very responsive and very accommodating of our arrival time. Supermarket is literally down the street!

Very modern appartment in the city centre we reached more or less everything by walking, nice shops, bars and restaurants are around the corner, perfect for two couples or 4 friends - two separate bed- and bathrooms, a locker is in the house ( not free of charge) on the groundfloor which is very comfy when you are not directly leaving to the airport , flat is on the fourth floor without elevator - for us it was not a problem - having some sport sessions with that 😄

One bedroom has no real daylight or window to open - had to keep the toilet door open to get fresh air - there is one window that is located on the isle of the starecrase - not possible to open or to open the blinds as people were always passing by- it was very loud during night as the neighbors were having parties

Not worth the sweat! We weren't told the lift's (elevator) was out of action, so a 70-year-old and a pregnant lady had to climb 91 rustic wooden stairs! The landlord admitted they didn’t let us know in advance, nor did they mention it on the website. On top of that, the building is under construction, so there’s lots of dust and noise most of the day. The banging kicked off at 10 am, with noise most hours of the day. The location's amazing, but if you prefer a quiet and peaceful holiday, maybe give this one a miss.

Very comfortable beds and good air conditioning . Great to have two bathrooms for two couples. The roof terrace is a lovely spot to relax in the evening

The getting the key situation felt like an escape room challenge ( three different codes - life is too short !! ) especially as when we got into the final room the keys weren't there ! However we met the super helpful caretaker who sorted us out. Bit weird to have the sockets for the kettle inside a cutlery drawer ? Some noise from adjacent apartments in the night time. The pool on the roof is listed as swimming pool but it isn't actually big enough to swim in.
