Waou MALASAÑA es MIA - Corta Duración

The apartment was very well located,walking distance from main attractions and lot of restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean ,ac 👍🏼 accessible by lift however there were a couple of stairs but it was not an issue at all.

Well located very close to a number of Metro stations. Emi, very responsive on the Mia chat.

An employee of Mia arrived as we arrived and helped us get the key from the lock box. I don't know if this was fortuitous but without her it may have taken a little while to get the key as the instructions in my view could have been a little more detailed.

The house is almost new, well equipped and the location is good

It was really cold in the house, the air conditioning tended to switch off without we decided to to this, making impossibile to heat the rooms. Furthermore, we were not able to put it higher because it was automatic. The house was not well cleaned, we found it with dust and there were some stains on the floor of one of the two bathrooms.
