Nice apartment, good location.

The sauna does not work, there are no instructions on how to turn it on

The heating wasn’t working it was -15 outside and I messaged to say we are cold and I was told Finnish people like it on 20-22 degrees which is crap as this wasn’t the first place I stayed. Also the sauna was no working … not impressed also was asked to strip beds, take rubbish out before we leave. My daughter was unwell as they couldn’t even come to sort the heating … wouldn’t recommend

It was a huge apartment, coffee maker and sauna inside the place was a plus

The pick up and drop off for the key was not good system at all

The apartment was very nice and quite big. We really appreciated the location, which was close to the city center and train station. Also, we were very excited to have sauna and the balcony in the apartment. Perfect.

The owner was accommodating with last-minute changes. The apartment had everything we needed, the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen appliances were top notch.

There was construction across the building during the time we stayed, so it was very loud during the day. My partner was very much looking forward to using the sauna that was included in the facilities list. We booked the apartment because of the sauna, and we thought it would be in the unit. They were super disappointed to learn that we couldn't use the sauna, and it was a common sauna that the whole building used.
