The apartment had a sauna which was really nice!

Absolutely loved the sauna and the balcony! Got to see the midnight sun from the comfort of the flat :) Such good value for what we paid!

There were no guide to start the sauna heater. So during 4 day stay I could not use it. I paid more for this sauna but could not use it

Excellent location..

The description told us there would be 3 beds in the bedroom plus a sofa bed. There was only 2 beds in the bedroom & a very very small sofa bed. A bit misleading. Very slow to respond to any questions we had that we sent through booking.com

The location could not be better. This is spot on the city centre with everything around. Also very close to all attractions. All activity providers would provide pick up and drop right in front of the door. The overall property was very decent, clean enough and had mostly everything you would need for stay. Temperature was also very controlled, not too hot or too cold. It has a large balcony overlooking the city center. For those who might get confused, the property is on the 4th Floor and the key box can be found in the back of the building , you can walk towards the left and behind the building where there is parking area. Look to top right corner there is a small hut with grey wooden wall, in that side wall you will see all the keyboxes.

Though I did not have any problem locating the key but instructions could have been clear and with picture. In spite of many guests complaining the same the management had made zero considerations to improve the check in instructions. Early checkin and late checkouts are charged, keeping in mind guests should not be asked to do any part of the cleaning like taking of the linens and dispose the bin after finding some random city collection locations as if the guests would know that. Guests should absolutely checkout hassle free keeping the property reasonably clean, thats it.
