Tardan varios dias en responder a las preguntas realizadas a través de Booking. Faltaban platos, cubiertos y no habia ninguna sartén. Me decepcionó que al pedirlo tuvimos que irlo a buscar nosotros a unos 350 metros.

L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente. Dotato di tutti i confort e in un'ottima posizione di Rovaniemi. Vicino a tutti i servizi sia di ristorazione che commerciali.

L'appartamento si trova al centro di Rovaniemi per cui è comodo spostarsi a piedi o prendendo i mezzi per raggiungere molti luoghi d'interesse. È spazioso e accogliente dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà e nonostante io abbia cercato di contattare l'host, non ho mai ricevuto una risposta tempestiva. Fortunatamente si è trattato di problematiche trascurabili ma che non mi hanno permesso di godere pienamente dei servizi dell'alloggio. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la sauna ad esempio in quanto non c'erano delle istruzioni sul suo funzionamento. Idem per i riscaldamenti che non abbiamo potuto regolare in base alle nostre esigenze. Pulizia superficiale.

The location is good

Though I did not have any problem locating the key but instructions could have been clear and with picture. In spite of many guests complaining the same the management had made zero considerations to improve the check in instructions. Early checkin and late checkouts are charged, keeping in mind guests should not be asked to do any part of the cleaning like taking of the linens and dispose the bin after finding some random city collection locations as if the guests would know that. Guests should absolutely checkout hassle free keeping the property reasonably clean, thats it. The sauna not working properly and the range hood not working.
