Joutsen Apartments

Nice, cozy apartment in the middle of Rovaniemi. Sauna was great.

It wasn't clean to standars. The stove and its wall were nasty. We only opened the oven to see how dirty it was. We think that the apartment wasn't hot enough. They capped the heating radiators in the leaving room. Also the temperature can't be raised. The key box is far away from the apartment, it is on the Insider Rovaniemi office. But that was really a problem, since we only went to get the key, and then left it at the apartment. Instruccions are misleading, they told us check-out was at 11, but on the information booklet inside says at 12. They asked you to take the trash out, but they don't tell you where.

Sijainti oli loistava. Asunto oli viihtyisä. Sauna ja parveke olivat mukava lisä.

Pienen wc:n peilivalo ei toiminut. Kattovalaisimet olivat pölyn peitossa. Koska sohva oli käytössä vuodesohvana, kaipasin olohuoneeseen pientä nojatuolia.

Appartamento accogliente e moderno, posizione centralissima e nonostante il self check-in, il responsabile di struttura è stato super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o spiegazione.

De indeling en locatie. Alles binnen loopafstand bereikbaar.

Apartamento é perfeito. Bem localizado, bem mobiliado e bem confortável. Pegar as chaves foi um pequeno desafio, mas nada demais.

Location was really good. Apartment was OK Bed are comfortable

Could do with being a little more welcoming Cushion - games for children. Radiators in living room not working. And drains need looking at. Check in is very confusing. Keys should be on site if the apartments.

La posizione centrale

L'appartamento era sporco, molto sporco, mai stato pulito dopo che altri inquilini l'hanno lasciato. C'erano flaconi vuoti di saponi nella doccia, nel cassetto e anche a terra, busta spazzatura sul balcone, mozziconi di sigaretta, cucina molto sporca, polvere ovunque. La luce della sauna non funzionante, come i termosifoni! Lavabo bagno intasato. Divano sul quale dovevamo dormire macchiato e sporco. L'host inesistente, ha risposto solo 1 volta dopo due ore e poi sparito per 3giorni. Pessima esperienza.

It lacked basics, €100 from Temu for some towels and table cloths would make life easier. Beds are so uncomfortable
