Joutsen Apartments

Sehr gute Lage, sehr großes Appartment, eigenes Schlafzimmer, Sauna.

Schlüssel für Appartment muss etwa 500 m weiter weg abgeholt und zurückgebracht werden. Wohnung in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand, Küche unterirdisch, Sauna ekelhaft, Waschmaschine nicht sauber. Anbieter hat auf mehrere Nachrichten nicht reagiert.

La cuisine n'est vraiment pas correcte. 4 poêles Téfal dans un état pitoyable. Lampes led sous les meubles de cuisine inexistantes donc cuisine sombre. Une tenture sur deux aux fenêtres de la cuisine. Ces éléments ont été remis en état après 3 jours. Par contre, la hotte ne fonctionnait pas et la lampe au- dessus de la table de la cuisine était cassée et vraiment pleine de poussière ( pas très agréable). La crédence était également cassée

とにかく広くてお部屋もお風呂もトイレもすべて清潔！キッチンも充実！アパートの一室をお借りする形なので、そこに住む人たちの生活を体験できるような素敵な滞在になりました！寒いロヴァニエミですが、室内は日本の一軒家より全然暖かかったです！エレベーターもあるので、重い荷物があっても大丈夫！

部屋の鍵が、宿泊施設から徒歩10分ほど離れた建物の少し分かりづらいところに保管されていて、自分でそこにあるキーボックスまで行って鍵をゲットする必要があることです。帰りもそこまで行って鍵を返却する必要があるので、それだけ少し手間だったなという印象でしたが、それ以外は本当に素晴らしかったです！

I cant really comment on the apartments on the pictures as I booked Joutsen Apartments but I was sent to different location to completely different apartment. I still enjoyed my stay and apartment was lovely and clean-ish! Close to everything, right in the city centre! Kitchen well equipped if you on budget you can cook your own meals as it had everything. Right outside Naava Cafe, bus stop to go to SCV and airport., 6 min walk to Angry Birds Park. I would definitely stay here again. Has sauna but im not big fan o them so I didn't use it.

I tried to contact host week or two before about late check out but didn't get any answer back so unfortunately I have to check out at 11am! Maybe little bit more cleaner. There was someone else's hairs inside sofa bed.

Appartamento bellissimo... Tutto nuovo... Caldo e pulito con suana un bagno!!!! Posizione fantastica!!!!

Abbiamo avuto un problemino (per colpa nostra) e il servizio clienti ha risposto dopo mezz'ora... Unica pecca.
