Great location - a little walk into the city but can easily access public transport and explore Tirana.

Shower don’t drain properly and a few things falling apart like the bottom of the bathroom door, couch mouldy under the blanket.

Nice apartment, very clean, complete with everything you might need for a longer stay. Nice view over the residence courtyard. All the equipment is brand new and good quality. Air conditioning worked great with several separately controled zones. Curtains and blinds on every window. The bed and sofa bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of linen and towels available. The bathroom was very nice with a fantastic Italian shower. The parking was extremely convenient in a city like Seville (13€ per day, reasonable) Super convenient location within walking distance of the Triana walking area with all the animation, and only a 15 minute walk to the historic center of Seville. The host Dennis was extremely helpful and friendly, he provided very complete information about the apartment, building, area, etc and answered all our questions. He waited for us patiently while we got lost on our way to the location. We definitely recommend this place, we'll surely go back if given the opportunity.

Small leak in one spot on the ceiling in the bedroom due to air conditioning. Forgot to mention it to Dennis.

Large comfortable apartment and two friendly hosts. Quiet. Comfortable parking in the underground garage. Nice area with many shops and restaurants.

You have to walk a lot to reach the cathedral and more to Plaza Espana. There were 2 coffee machines but no coffee. Also a bit of mineral water in the fridge would be nice. The apartment needs a little renovation.

Good location, nice appartment, friendly host who let us do check-in early and leave the car in the garage. Parking in garage is not included in booking price.
