Apartamentos Nazareno

Great apartment in a very good location with lots of restaurants near. Thank you Dennis for every tips you gave us about places to see, restaurants and others. Parking is a great convenience.

A very well equipped apartment and with very easy access to much of the old part of Seville. Having a parking space in the garage was really important to us.

There were a couple of minor glitches in the bathroom; the sink didn’t drain properly and the shower, although it did work ok, wasn’t quite as it should have been.

This was a very well furnished and equipped apartment in a quiet street, but only a short walk across the river from the historic centre of Seville. There is not much shopping in the immediate area, but there is a large farmacia, and a small Carrefour with helpful staff will provide all the essentials.

An odd omission, drinks had to be heated in the microwave as my wife could not find a kettle.

We spent 3 nights here in September 2022 and arrived in Sevilla, Spain from Faro, Portugal by coach. It takes an easy 12-minute walk crossing the Puente Cristo de la Expiración (bridge) to get to the apartment on C. Alfareria from the Estación de Autobuses Plaza de Armas (bus terminus). Bruno, our friendly host, who made early contact via email and SMS was eagerly waiting for us at the intersection to C. Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno. He showed us to the apartment on the first floor via a lift. We were blown away by the space – living room and separate bedroom with ensuite. The full-size modern kitchen was well equipped and air-conditioning in all rooms was a welcome relief as summer days in Sevilla can get oppressive. Bruno also provided information about nearby supermarkets, eating places and flamenco shows. A leisurely walk in the Triana neighbourhood takes you to many shops and fabrication workshops for the famous ceramic tiles (azulejos). Getting to the old town across the river takes only 20 minutes on foot.

The location of the apartment is not served by any metro trains or public transport, but the old town centre is still near enough to access on foot based on our experience. This was a near perfect accommodation.
