Location is fantastic. nearby everything. the host was reachable and apologised for 4th floor not being mentioned and not working wifi.

very narrow stip stairs going to 4th floor not enough hot water ver cold in house , there was a heater. big sealing window in the room without possible blinding curtains and above all: very very bad wifi.

The location is excellent. Close to all major attractions and amenities in the historical part of the city. Hostess is very communicative and helpful. Laundry service offered and delivered punctually. Well equipped kitchen for self catering.

The quirkiness of an old apartment. Narrow stairs and small shower. Small bed for a couple. There was also a hidden plumbing issue that caused a strange smell in the bathroom. Possibly moisture build up.

Location is great!

The property was very close to the old town.We could walk to shops ,restaurants and bars.

It is a very old building and had four flights of stairs.We were ok with this however it was a bit hard going after a day walking around the city.

The accommodation corresponds to the description. The location is great. Right in the heart of Valencia, yet in a quiet street. The room is small, ideal for two people, for more people only for a short time. The whole house is very narrow, therefore the staircase is also very narrow, for people with difficulty walking or fat people, accommodation on a higher floor can be a problem. Communication with the landlord is great, fast.

The equipment of the apartment is rather old. Most of the dishes in the kitchen would like to be replaced. The bathroom is also older, very small shower. It didn't bother us, but it could be a problem for tall people.

Best location in town, host Giovanna great, clean, lots of space and kitchen equipment!

Excellent location

Location was amazing. Right in the centre of the old town. Owners very responsive to requests & needs. Communication fabulous.

Very tired decor and facilities. Extremely small bathroom/shower. Stairs narrow.
