Smal trappenhuis. Hoge traptreden. Veel bochten. Niet handing voor ouderen. Geen lift.

This apartment is a gem! The location is amazing and it has great facilities. I particularly love the little balcony. It had everything I needed for a week long stay in the centre of Valencia and Giovanna was a brilliant host with great communication. She also sent recommendations for local restaurants and bars which was really appreciated. From what other reviews said about the stairwell I was concerned it would be overly narrow or steep. It’s only two flights of stairs and with a backpack rather than suitcase I had no issues.

The only drawback is that there’s no air con, but I knew this when booking. There is a ceiling fan and two freestanding fans however so it’s easy to stay cool.

Die anderen Gäste waren extrem laut.

De locatie was erg fijn. Ook was het kleine balkonnetje fijn om te hebben. Aardig en behulpzaam contactpersoon.

Onhygiënisch! Er groeide een paddenstoel in de badkamer. Schimmel in de douche. Geen airco.
