Saimnieks Andress mūs sagaidīja, lai parādītu dzīvokli, un lai izstāstītu par un ap Valensiju kā arī lai ieteiktu kur mums būtu labāk doties un kuru rajonu labāk neapmeklēt. Ierodoties dzīvoklī mums tika nodrošināts ūdens, piens, sula, augļi un brokastu maize. Tas bija ļoti labi! Tiem kuri gatavo dzīvoklī, kas bija arī aktuāli mums: virtuvē ir visi nepieciešamie trauki ēdiena gatavošanai, krūzes, glāzes, trauku mazgājamais līdzeklis, dvielis. Gultas bija saklātas ar tīru, baltu veļu. Ja vēlaties palikt Valensijā, tad droši varat izvēlēties šo dzīvokli, jo apkārtnē, dažu minūšu gājienā ir arī daudz pārtikas veikalu, līdz dzelzceļa stacijai ar kājām iespējams aiziet aptuveni 18-20 minūtēs.

Dažas mēbeles varbūt nav tik jaunas, kā citas, bet noteikti var teikt ka tas absolūti netraucē palikt šajā dzīvoklī, jo viss pārējais ir lieliski!

"Nel complesso bene! Ci siamo stati 4 giorni quindi tutto sopportabile."

Sicuramente la posizione. Vicina a tutti i servizi e a supermercati di ogni tipo. Zona molto tranquilla. In pochi minuti raggiungi sia autobus che metro per arrivare ovunque.

La struttura è ristrutturata ma non tanto bene. Il mobilio, per chi interessa, è molto vecchio. I bagni poco agevoli e l’acqua calda andava e veniva, rendendo difficile fare il bagno. La cucina invece non era male, sebbene ci fosse cattivo odore proveniente dalle condutture.

El piso era muy amplio, estaba limpio y ordenado. Todo muy completo con sábanas, toallas, menaje, etc. La atención y la comunicación ha sido excelente.

Die Wohnung liegt im 7 Stock, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen, etwas außerhalb von Valencia, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ist der Vermieter sehr freundlich, Preis/Leistung definitiv super. Es liegen Lebensmittel für ein Frühstück im Kühlschrank bereit. Wir würden es wieder buchen

Amabilidad de Andrés, limpieza, detalle de desayuno , bebidas y fruta. Buena ubicación.

No hay nada que no me gustase. Si acaso, ir cambiando mobiliario.
