Todo genial, es muy acogedor, grande y tiene de todo. Encima había también desayuno. Andrés muy amable y atento en todo momento. Para repetir :)

Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. 3 sypialnie, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Nawet zapas na start. W lodówce mleko, soki, dżem. Poza tym kawa, herbata, środki czystości, rogaliki.

Brak klimatyzacji w dwóch mniejszych pokojach.

Great apartment. We are a family from a variety of places and this was a wonderful flexible space for us

The renovations around the railway station were awful. Satnav not coping. Absolutely not the fault of the owner, but was a big issue on many occasions. On saying that, I'm sure valencia will be better once the renovations are done!

Andres is a very friendly man. His English is not great but better than my spanish ;) so we worked it out just fine using an app! The location of the apartment is somewhat in between of the old town and the modern eye, science museum, basically ideal and in and a very safe area (ruzafa) with great restaurants ! Public transport just around the corner and very frequent.

The AC was somewhat underperforming and needed to be refilled. Otherwise, I guess it was surely above spanish standards.

Unfortunately, the condition of this apartment was not as described in the listing. For example, the continental breakfast only included 2 juice boxes, 2 milk cartons, and a stick of butter in the fridge. Upon entering, there was a strong foul odor and it was very dusty and unkempt inside. The bathroom was very old, dirty, and antiquated. There is also no parking available on the street nearby for guests with cars, which they should consider. The internet speed was extremely slow and unusable. With these conditions, I do not recommend this apartment at all for the price.
