- good value for money - OK location (you get a feel for the valencian lifestyle in that neighbourhood, and as a bonus the shops and bus stops are quite close) - apartment is big and has all amenities (kitchen, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc.) - 7th floor, with elevator - breakfast, some fruits and juices were provided by the host, Andres, which we thank with this occasion - also he is very friendly and gave us tips and advise about the city - we were impressed by the library and by the audio CD collection - and last, not to forget, the apt. has two bathrooms (very handy as we were a larger group)

- beds are super-soft - the audio player wasn't working (somehow not being able to read CDs), so we missed out on some good music - some of the furniture seemed dated - walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors talking sometimes (but they respected the usual quiet hours)
