Spacious. Bright. Nice kitchen. Beds comfy. Private.

No smoke alarms. No fire extinguisher. Nasty front door, lobby, dangerous dark stairs with ceramic wall tile falling off. Building exit door requires key to exit which is a violation of basic fire safety.

Victoria was great and very prompt communication. Nice apartment with all mentioned amenities. Good location and safe neighbourhood.

Nothing really, entrance door as a metal panel on it which bangs when people enter but not a real issue

Wonderful location, great apartment, lovely landlord. Unfortunately our bed had a dreadful sagging in the middle mattress making it very difficult for two people to sleep in it. A new mattress is all it needs to put the apartment in the excellent category.

There was rubbish collections outside twice a day at 23.30 and 5.30 which were noisy.
