The location of the apartment was great.

Where do I start, the room was very dated, I had a two year old with me. The pictures weren't clear and when I arrived there were no baby gates on site. Sockets hanging off the wall. No hot water ensuite shower. The main bath rooms shower tray wasn't fitted correctly and due to its poor installation. An adult ended up putting his foot through it as he was standing to get in and cut all his foot open. The ensuite shower then started bringing a sewage smell up through the waste and stunk the hole upstairs out. There were bugs in the cupboards where the plates and cups were. I raised these issues with the company "Tenerife HOLIDAYS " They were rude and threatened to kick us out due to us not being happy about the situation we were in after 24 hours. We tried to locate other accommodation and couldn't find anything in the area.

La posizione, e il condominio in cui è situato l'alloggio.

Scorsa pulizia, arredamento vecchio/rotto. Stendino e ganci per appendere i panni veramente pessimi, richiesto di sostituirli ci è stato assicurato che ne avrebbero portati di nuovi il giorno seguente ma non sono mai tornati. Manca macchina espresso a cialde.

La posizione vicina alla spiaggia, al centro commerciale, ai taxi e alle fermate dei bus. L'appartamento è dotato di tre bagni

Alcuni cassetti della cucina erano già rotti e inutilizzabili, più punti luce non funzionavano; l'unica lampadina funzionante della sala era collegata ad una pala e funzionavano simultaneamente, quindi avevamo sempre la pala che funzionava. Una delle camere è senza armadio.
