Location. Able to keep the flat warm in the cold weather.

Very bad sewer gas smell. Not very well supplied. Not really able to prepare food due to few pots and pans. Nothing supplied. No salt or pepper oil water. Kitchen supplies minimal. Check-in was not easy. Hard to find lockbox. Key not inside at checkin time as cleaners were still there and had the keys. Check-in was delayed an hour. The outdoor space looks comfortable in the photos. In fact it is an air well and not very appealing.
