TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience. Before your arrival, a deposit of 50 euros will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules. As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2€ per person per night. If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise). IMPORTANT: PAYMENT of the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you by email/WhatsAppThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
