TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience. Before your arrival, a deposit of 50 euros will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules. As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2€ per person per night. If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise). IMPORTANT: PAYMENT of the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you by email/WhatsAppThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Acogedor

La calefacción no funcionaba Solo se puede fumar en la terraza pero no hay ni un cenicero La cama se hundia por el medio A media ducha te salía el agua fría El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien Te retienen 90€ de tu cuenta como fianza ( en cuanto haces la reserva aunque sea tres días antes de llegar y no te lo devuelven hasta 7 días después de irte ) Las paredes son papel de fumar

Appartement spacieux et lumineux

Canapé vieillissant et donc peu confortable. Il manque de la vaisselle et de quoi allumer la plaque de cuisson.

L'emplacement ,le calme, appartement correct

Nous avions deux vélos et il a fallu réserver avant de posé nos questions ( y a t il un endroit pour stoker nos vélos et a quelle étage est situé l'appartement) Si nous avions été au 4 étages cela aurait une grosse galère dommage de ne pas avoir de retour🤷‍♂️

Los vecinos son muy majos y muy agradables. El apartamento no está mal, por el precio

El código no iba y no nos daba la llave para poder entrar al apartamento, el propietario nos comenzó ha decir otros códigos y ninguno iba. Al final tuvo que venir la mujer de la limpieza a abrirnos, que tardó media hora en venir. La calle, la parte del otro lado del parque da miedo, hay unas casas abandonadas y gente viviendo
