El trato del personal que se mantuvo en contacto en todo momento y nos brindó su ayuda para todo, las instalaciones están cuidadas, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravilloso en familia. Cerca de todos los puntos de interés.

Un apartamento precioso, limpio, nuevo y fresquito para ser sevilla. El trato ha sido excepcional, la propietaria super simpática y atenta a que todo estuviera bien, de los mejores alojamientos que se puede encontrar en esta ciudad. Nosotros sin duda repetiremos. Lo recomiendo muchísimo

The location was perfect for sightseeing. Shops, bars, cafés were easily accessible. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were great at communicating.

The apartment was on the ground floor close to entrance and exit doors, so a little noisy from the neighbours sometimes.

The noise from the other tenants that live there, especially late at night,early evening, not the fault of the owner, this is a residential block. The oven wasn't clean from the previous booking. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Bedrooms were very hot, air-conditioning or fans would be great in the bedrooms. We had a problem with the key lock on leaving, in the end left with a local. If it wasn't for these, it would definitely be a 9.

The worst possible place to stay, the management company is not interested in helping at all when problems start. The walls are made of paper, so you can hear everything, especially the gate from the neighboring staircase in the main bedroom - they share a common wall. You can listen to the neighbors from all sides, we had people who shouted all the time - the management company claims that other apartments are not for rent, so they are permanent residents and you can be certain you will face the same problems. One day they screamed until the evening, the next day until 3 a.m. During another day they started to shout in the afternoon and it continued till late night. I asked for intervention - the company claims that it cannot tell other people what to do in their homes, they also rejected the argument of night curfew - they claim that it does not apply in Spain and you can shout and party at any time. The apartment looks ok but don't be mislead by this, everything is dilapidated, there is mold in the bathroom near the shower, the bathroom door is problematic and does not close properly. The icing on the cake was the hair dryer, which started burning when turned on and then completely burned out and couldn't be turned on anymore. This is a life and health-threatening situation. The managing company asked for pictures, like I'm thinking in situations like that to take pictures... Of course there was no new replacement even though I called it an issue. Parking is NOT available, there are cars parked along all nearby streets and no one moves them so information included in the offer is fake, we had to pay 116 euro for private parking. I am certain that by choosing another place you will have peace of mind during your vacation. It was the first time we had such a situation in Spain, it looks like the private owners care more about their guests and does not only look for easy money. I honestly advise against staying here.
