Everything was wonderful! A super cozy apartment, located in a quiet area and not far from the points of interest, the host was friendly and could communicate easily when needed.

I would recommend some anti-insect nets, more towels and a few extra things for the kitchen (salt, sugar, oil, etc.).

The apartment is nice, clean and we felt comfortable and safe. The parking in the same building is very convenient (reserve by forehand). The communication with the hosts before, during and after the stay is professional and friendly. The area of the apartment is a local area with a small supermarket, some bars en restaurants. It´s not the tourist center with all the noise etc, therefor we liked it.

Solid place with a great value. I see some reviews that the location is not central enough; I think these are reviews from individuals that don't understand the Seville Layout. Seville is a city that is difficult to travel via public transport, no matter where you stay. This spot was a block and a half from the river! I would come again without question. Host very supportive and patient.

Keys sticky; need to update locks = very small issue.

The safety of the neighbourhood and the cleaniness

It’s not easy to find a cheap or free parking spot nearby. And the host was not helpful with that even thought it’s mentioned in the booking that parking is available.

Everything was spot on in “El Rincón” (which is ground floor but soundproofed): the apartment was amazingly clean; the towels and the bed sheets were very good quality; the mattresses were quite comfortable; the bathroom was spacious and very well fitted/equipped. Also, the staff (Manuel and others I had contact with) was always very kind and available. My family (of 4) had such a good time in “El Rincón” and would definitely return again.

The only “downside” (so to say) is that the apartment is not that close to City Centre: for you to get to the “Real Alcázar”, for example, that would take you approx. 25min on foot or 10min by car 😉

It is in a realy nice location. Walkable distance from all attractions.

Property was propagated with possibility for parking. Even photo of park space was on. But when we book it (it was non refundable booking) and asking for park space. We were told that a prking lot is not avaible anymore. So I think it is a case of obviously missleading of costumer. We were directed to park in public parking appx 500 m from property and it cost us almost 66 € for fourty hours stay.
