Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Nice balcony.

Cannot think of any negative.

Perfect apartment, everything you need, comfy beds, excellent WiFi, close to the strip. Excellent communication from owner, would highly recommend these apartments.

Apartment close to the main areas; shops, resturants, beach, bus stops. Piter looked after us well; including booking a taxi to bring us to the airport

No outdoor lighting when you are going to yiur apartment at night time, bought a small torch for safety reasons, as there are steps to the apartments.

Good location , clean

The apartment is outdated and in need of significant improvement. The bed sheets were damaged, with holes that had been poorly and unprofessionally repaired, and they also had visible stains. The curtains were ripped and stained as well. The sofa was in poor condition, and both the bedroom and bathroom felt damp. There were no lights in the corridors at night. Overall, it’s unclear why this property has such high ratings.

Host was waiting for us and although apartment was not ready due to an early flight,he took our cases and then rang us when apartment was ready. Throughout our stay he was always available if required.

We like to visit PDC a couple of times a year, as we have friends that are locals, so we know the area well. The area around Calle Chalana has become our go to area for accommodation. This apartment is everything we look for, with plenty of space and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of beer. Brilliant WiFi and a TV box that allows all kinds of channels, although we used it for music on YouTube on one of the days that was a little rainy.The host Petr (I hope I spelt it right) is really friendly and accommodating, the perfect host! We would definitely return to this apartment and we do plan to do so. Thank you Petr.👍
