Barrio tranquilo, proximidad al centro y a la autovía y tener un supermercado y parking al lado de la casa.

Todo lo que se comenta en otras reseñas sigue igual: olor extraño en todo el piso, limpieza muy justa (había hasta restos de comida en el microondas y sillas), menaje de cocina escaso y viejo, las toallas están muy gastadas deberían cambiarse ya, sofa incómodo que se mueve los cojines, gritos de vecinos a altas horas de la noche, sumidero de la ducha que no traga, puerta del armario a punto de romperse, lámpara de noche rota, paredes desconchadas, humedades... La valoración que tiene actualmente (8,7) para mí es excesiva a como se encuentra ahora el piso.
