Boutike Apartments

The location is fabulous! Right on a small street, Meson de Moro in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the Alcázar and Cathedral. You can walk to everything. The apartment was lovely and enjoyed sitting on the terrace listening to church bells and children going to school in the morning!

Not a dislike, but a heads up…the apartment is in the old part of the city where cabs are not allowed (very narrow streets), so you will have to walk the last bit. It was fun to try and find the apartment in the Warren of small streets!

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt.

Eine Tiefgarage für eine Nacht kostet 29 €. Das war uns nicht bekannt und steht auch nirgends. Die Dusche völlig verkalkt, das Wasser kommt nur mässig aus der Leitung. Der 2. Schlafzimmer hat eigentlich kein Bett mit Matratze. Man schläft auf Holz (Look like Sofa in Schweden). Rückenbeschwerden vorprogrammiert. Vorsicht bei Personal das die Haustüre von innen abschließt - plötzlich steht man vor verschlossener Eingangstüre trotz passendem Eingangs-Code

Posizione ottima e l’appartamento veramente curato

Abbiamo riscontrato alcune cose che purtroppo hanno influenzato la valutazione finale. Bisognerebbe cambiare gli infissi. Il rumore la mattina dalle 8:30 era veramente infernale. Se uno avesse voluto dormire un po di più non sarebbe stato facile. Oltre a ciò le tende in camera non filtrano la luce del sole. Sostanzialmente appena il sole sorge, in camera da letto è giorno. Il lavandino del bagno purtroppo era un po’ intasato e l’acqua fluiva molto lentamente.

Posizione

Bagni non pulitissimi. Appartamento a 3 piani con luci del giro scale rotte, sostituite dopo due solleciti in due giorni su 3 notti dí pernottamento. Biancheria scarsa (8 asciugamani in 5? Nemmeno un canovaccio in cucina). Consiglio di mettere almeno un appoggia valigie per camera visto che non c’è nessun mobile

Superbe appartement décoré avec goût qui s’organise autour d’un patio(bien agréable le matin de bonheur ou le soir), en plein centre ville à deux pas de la Giralda et de l’Alcazar . Au calme car ne donnant pas sur la rue. Dans un quartier où se trouve de nombreux restaurant de qualité.

La réactivité de l'hôte, la localisation dans le centre ville, le lit et le canapé grand et confortable. Nous avons pu avoir le logement plus tôt que prévu (14h30 au lieu de 15h). Les instructions d'enregistrement sont clair.

Quand on souhaite tirer les rideaux, le tringle tombe car non fixé, ce qui nous empêche de fermer les rideaux la nuit. Le flexible de douche fuit. la porte coulissant de la douche est branlante et fragile. Tous cela donne l'impression de vétusté du logement. Il n'y a pas de liquide vaisselle et l'éponge pour faire la vaisselle dans la cuisine.
