Boutike Apartments

Gute Lage in der Altstadt, Wohnung sehr groß und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Durchgelegene Matratzen, wir haben schlecht geschlafen, ein Schlafzimmerwar nur über eine schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, ohne eigenes Bad, man musste somit Nachts diese Treppe runter um ins Bad zu kommen. Dachterasse toll, aber aufgrund der Hitze nicht nutzbar. Viele Treppen und kein Aufzug bis zum Eingang, somit mit Gepäck sehr beschwerlich. Zudem ist die Wohnung in den Altstadtgassen schlecht zu finden.

Boutike Apartments – Calle San Felipe 20, apartment 0B (Seville) • Very expensive for the quality (471€ for only 3 nights) • Floor was not properly clean • Mattress was old, worn out, and uncomfortable • Bathroom leaked water into the room after showering • Water kettle was very small, old, and not clean • Towels looked very old and heavily used • Access code was only sent around 30 minutes before check-in, creating unnecessary stress • Extremely noisy street due to a crowded bar outside with people gathering day and night • Street-facing rooms would likely be very difficult to sleep in

La cercanía a la zona monumental y los barrios más históricos de la ciudad. La luz del apartamento es fantástica y la decoración, muy bonito.

El apartamento está muy bien, pero el edificio en sí y los apartamentos necesitan una manita de pintura y la terraza un arreglo, es algo que no afecta a la estancia así que bien. El baño tiene un poco de olor a humedad pero nada grave.
