Bardzo dobrze usytuowany apartament. Blisko Setas a i kilka minut od dworca kolejowego. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. W budynkunjest winda. Bezproblemowe zameldowania i serwis. Pokój 2A z balkonem na drugim piętrze z widokiem na uliczkę. Sypialnia z drugiej strony mieszkania cicha i komfortowa. Ciasna łazienka. Atutem jest mozliwość skorzystania z tarasu na 3 pietrze.

Pokoj 2A na 2 pietrze z balkonami na uliczkę na ktorej pod wieczór robi sie bardzo głosno. Okna sa szczelne i izolują od hałasu. Sypialnia na tyłach mieszkania w ktorej jest dosyć cicho .

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja

Niestety apartament pomimo ze na zdjęciach prezentuje sie super to w rzeczywistości posiada kilka wad. Po pierwsze panuje w nim ogromna wilgoć az odpadaja w czesci parterowej tynki. Dolna sypialnia pomimo ładnego wystroju jest ciemna i bez doplywu świezego powietrza, do tego zawilgocona. Spanie tam jest bardzo niekomfortowe, czuć takze kanalizację. Wyzsze pietra sa lepsze, ale aby sie na nie dostać, to trzeba pokonac ok 20 dosc stromych schodków. Aby wyjsc na taras to ok 50 schodkow. Dla ludzi z ograniczeniami ruchomosci, absolutnie odpada. Z parteru do łazienki trzeba wejsc na 2 pietro takze po schodkach, bo tylko tam jest łazienka. Obiekt zdecydowanie powinien zostac poddany remontowi co do parteru w zakresie wilgoci.
