Very central location and walkable to major areas. In the heart of downtown, which is exactly what we wanted since we had so little time in Madrid. It was nice to be able to take a break in the middle of the day and come back to the apartment to rest, especially for the kids.

The location is perfect, you can literally walk to everything

The noise from outside when you’re trying to sleep. People are drinking all night at nearby venues and it can be really loud. Then you have the waste collections every morning. They need sound proof windows
