La Cueva del Bounty

Great place to stay. Close to all amenities. Two great restaurants on the other side of the street. Delicious food. Terrace on the roof of the house. Beautiful views over the ocean! If I were to come to Puerto del Rosario, I would definitely choose this place.

Great place, full of character and in a great lively location. We loved the views from the window and the sun terrace was luxury to use. The host was great at communication and we felt very relaxed in the property. Will definitely book again.

Nice traditional apartment close to shops and nice beach for swimming.

Excellent location overlooking the docks. In the 'old town' which has more character. The roof terrace allowed for privacy while being able to watch the world below, welcome the rising of the sun each morning and sunbathe. The town beach (Playa Chica) was just 11 minutes walk away and the shopping centre just 8 minutes.

There was a busy bar next door on the ground floor. It wasn't rowdy but there was noise. This could be blocked by closing the windows. On a hot night, you might want the windows open.

This is our second visit and will definitely be back. The location is great as it is central to bars, restaurants, the beach, supermarket & the bus station. 10 minutes from the airport and €14 in a taxi with a taxi pickup point across the road. Great communication with the owners and flexible on checking in and out times if they are able to.

The stairs to the terrace are a little steep but did not stop us using it everyday.

It was the perfect spot the beach, bus station and shops. It was just what we wanted and more. The hosts kept in touch before and during our stay. Will definitely be back.

Cueva del Bounty is in a perfect location with views across the harbour and several restaurants, bars and a convenient supermarket within very easy walking distance. There is plenty of free parking in the immediate vicinity. The accomodation is excellent value for money and apartment itself is clean and comfortable with a kitchenette perfectly adequate for cooking simple meals. There is a 'shared' terrace on the roof with a seating area. The host (Marco) was most welcoming and helpful whilst remaining respectful of our privacy. He is happy to communicate by text or WhatsApp (and actually, we didn't see him all week, apart from the first night when we arrived and ate in his excellent restaurant!) We will definitely be back.

the sound insolation from the outside is poor. the noise in the late evening from neighbor cafe was quite loud
