Marco and Alina are excellent people, I really enjoyed the apartment and location. Especially the warm welcome and you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment is quiet and very comfortable. Great private roof terrace for relaxing in the sun. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Puerto Del Rosario. Mille Grazie.

It is conveniently located in the middle of the island and the property itself is located in the harbour of the capital. There are restaurants and bars around to grab something to eat or drink, which at the same time, makes it a little bit noisy during the day and also late at night. It didn’t bother us but it’s something to bear in mind if you don’t like these kinds of things.

We were a bit disappointed about the fact that we couldn’t do any washing while staying there for five nights considering not so low the price for accommodation. Instead we received some suggestions of where to do the laundry in town.

This is a lovely, simple studio apartment with everything you need. Marco was very welcoming and kept in touch throughout our journey so,he knew what time to expect us. His welcome was warm and friendly and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped (the kitchen knives could do with sharpening!) The location is central and opposite the harbour so don’t expect peace and quiet but it’s not especially noisy. Parking is very easy and free

Kitchen knives need sharpening! Also, I’m 165cm tall but struggled to reach the items in the wall cupboards in the kitchen.
