it was good for big company

The WiFi worked after I complained about it to the reception.

TLDR: terrible place The house turned out to be split into two units which I didn't know at the time of the booking. We got the upstairs apartment which was very cheap looking and dirty. There were stains on the walls that looked like blood, the table cloth was permanently stained by colourful food, the rubbish bin was full and the kitchen smelled so funky we couldn't use it. Most importantly, the WiFi was not working. I called the reception angrily and they said that they're not responsible for the cleaning. Very rude. However at the reception they said that someone will come around at some point to get the internet going. I didn't feel comfortable someone entering the apartment while we're not there but what choice do I have? The WiFi was working when we got back and that was the saving grace of this horrible, cheap apartment that cost a lot of money. Needless to say, I'll never return to this place.

it was clean and warm

it was very dated I believed I had booked the ground floor apartment but got the upstairs one which was far more inferior had I of known it was this one I would not have booked this accommodation

Lovely comfortable apartment. Well placed and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the bus and train station and supermarkets. Was warm and clean

A plug socket off the wall but working. A little damage to the bathroom door. Temperamental sauna. Only worked once during our stay and the shower room floor very slippery. I had to wear my indoor shoes as shower shoes. The tiny little room off the living area had no light or sockets so maybe add this to that area to maximise its use

location was fantastic

the pillow was too soft and blanket was too thin to manage the winter. the place wasn’t that clean when we check in. The shower room water was too cold for us and the water was too small, not strong enough for us to enjoy our shower.
