Clean, comfortable apartment. Two balconies and stunning views. Very friendly host. Free rock konserts just across the street every day.

The Appartment is on the top floor of the Paraiso del Sur building and offers great views. It is equipped with everything you need. Just bear in mind that there are quite a few hotels in the direct vicinity, and one of them, if not more will have entertainment in the evenings at any given evening. Natalia is a very nice host, very responsive and has lots of recommendations for things to see and do :) Asl her for her favorites :)

The kingsize bed in the room with the two beds would benefit from a refurbishment as the mattress is very soft. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Behind the Hard Rock Hotel is an area where you can leave your car - it is a bit of adventure -parking though :) There are however possibilities to rent a car next to the building, consider that option when staying here.

Very clean & spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 balconies. Right across the road from the Hard Rock hotel where there was great entertainment at night.

The property had a lot of gadgets, linen etc and was well appointed in the centre of the town. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the host was helpful. Pool towels and covers for the sunbeds were provided as well as walking sticks. The host also left a bottle of wine, some fruit, tea and toiletries for our stay. The bar just above the pool was good with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices.

We got off to a bad start when on our first full day we lost a set of keys and we were surprised to be charged 140 euros for a new lock and pool fob. We were told by another resident that it would have cost around 70 euros. The pool was the coldest that we have experienced and there was little shade around the pool. We were unfortunate to have 4 days of high winds which meant we didn't sleep a lot due to furniture moving about on the balcony. Some of the furniture was a bit dated and although there was a small aircon unit in the lounge I wouldn't have been happy if there during the height of summer.

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The view to the North from the balcony to see Teide and the mountains was beautiful. It was wonderful to have another balcony to enjoy the view of El Paraíso and the sea. We had a very pleasant stay here. Natalia was very helpful and we also enjoyed seeing her lovely paintings.
