We got a lovely welcome from Natalia. The apartment quickly felt like home. Lots of Little extras.

I would have preferred more traditional pillows. My partner found the 16th floor too high.

Wi-fi was weak occasionally. No AC or fans which wasn’t needed in October.

perfect location, also 16th floor gets a perfect view on the area around including the sea. Apartment was clean, but would use some refurbishment. close to shops, restaurants and mainly to the sea ! Natalia was very keen although English was a bit challenging to speak :-)

the apartment would use some refurbishment. The double bed was squeaking (we put mattress on the floor after first night) + some other equipment looked a bit old. No parking and troubles to find a place on the street, usually a bit far from the property.

We really liked this apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen area. The hosts are very helpful and live really close. The apartment has everything we needed, including a washing machine and beach towels. A really good thing about the apartment is that it has 2 balconies facing to different sides of the building. Both balconies have beautiful side views to the sea and to the mountains. However, importantly this also means that it is possible to have circulating air in the apartment. This means even on the hot days it is still rather convenient inside and is an advantage over many other apartments even in the same building. The building itself is well maintained and clean. It has a very nice private pool with shallower and deeper areas and also some shade. It was our daughter’s favourite place. There are two small beaches very close to the building. If you are a good swimmer you can also swim at the Roca Negra where the waves are stronger. However, both beaches are well protected from the big waves. We liked especially Play Las Galgas that was very easily accessible from the building. Typically to the small beaches in this area the seabed is rocky and has very little sand. So, you might need to wear swimming shoes (that you can also by from the shops right next to the building).

We were very happy with the stay and the location. Just as a small warning that the building is situated literally on a beach promenade and there are several hotels close by. So, you can hear some music from the nearby hotels. It it is also not easy to find a parking spot close by. However, you don’t need a car very much there. A small nice beach and several restaurants are very close. You can arrange transfers to more distant locations and there is also a public bus stop very near. You could also easily rent a car just for the days you need it.

Spectacular views from both balconies. The appartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is quite comfortable even for just a couple. Wonderful location, close to the beach, shops and bars. We enjoyed fantastic promenade with beautiful sun sets. It's quite quiet area, perfect for rest and enjoying close contact to the nature. Nice and clean swimming pool area, with all facilities like pool towels and sun umbrellas provided. It was a good choice.
