Location was OK when just stopping for 1 night in Rovaniemi.

Eventhough quite new building The apartment is very wornout and see that very minimum effort is put to maintain it. F.ex. all of the window blids were broken, The carpet in kitchen was partly melted, the sofa is very worn and for adults not usable for sleeping. Also asked from The host about parking possibility, never got reply. With some small effort/updates could be a great place to stay, but for now not good value for money. Hope that they would put a little more effort as it could be a much nicer place to stay.

Asiakaspalvelu jätti vastaamatta useaan viestiin. 2 tunti piti odottaa pysäköintipaikan numeroa ja sijaintia. Laittoi ovikoodin muttei samalla pysäköintipaikan tietoja.

Kiva majoitus lähellä rautatieasemaa. Sauna.

1. Close to railway station. 2. Easy check in and check out. 3. Good wifi. 4. Sauna. 5. Spacious for 1 person. 6. Quiet. 7. Elevator. 8. Separate bins for waste recycling.

1. No clocks in the whole apartment. 2. No bed covers for beds. 3. We did not receive the check in instructions automatically as advertised - I had to call and message twice. 4. It was not cozy and home-y. 5. No teaspoons. 6. Dishes were all in the dishwasher - not sorted. 7. Cleaning lady came already at 11:40-11:45, even though check out time was at 12:00. 8. No tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil. 9. TV was smaller than on the photo.
