Siljo Apartments

Location, just opposite of the train station. Well prepared kitchen.

There is no hairdryer as mentioned in the booking description, making me have to sleep with my hair wet. The sign on the keybox was falling off, making us searching for it in the whole building. Should have been describing its location more precisely.

The apartment itself was good and well equipped, clean, and in a great location (Siljotie 1, 96100, Rovaniemi ) It’s very close to the railway station (you can even see it from the balcony) and less than 2 km from the city center, which made getting around easy. Having a private sauna in the apartment was definitely a plus.

The communication with the staff/host could be improved. The exact location was only shared a few hours before check-in, despite us specifically asking for it earlier and even speaking over the phone. Also, there was no tea or coffee provided.

Apartment was clean and location also good, But i think all guest deserve one host for welcoming in apartment and hand over key by physically,and also availability to Tuch with host by whatsapp number must,

When i arrived railway station then i don't understand with map location google map showing 7kg distance ,but apartment was Front of railway station and you should mention in your booking.com proper location, And also make connection with host with through whatsapp for any disturbance,

Lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja mieszkania jest dobra, ale niewygodne łózka, brudna kuchnia czy niedzialajaca sauna psuja wrazenia. Wisienka na torcie jest lekcewazacy stosunek wlasciciela do klienta. Wlasciwie brak kontaktu. Podkreslic nalezy ze apartament chwalony jest wrazeniami z korzystania z sauny. Niestety ta NIE DZIAŁA.

Everything was clean and nice, quiet area, good place for staying. Small and comfortable.

There was no kitchen towel or paper towels

Our apartment was well located, 4mins walking from the train station, 6mins from the bus station, 12mins from the K-Supermarket and 20mins from the shopping center/city center. It was very clean, warm, comfy and had even a sauna. Highly recommended! I lost my wallet in the city center and the host was so kind to go to the policy station and check if it was there!
