Very clean lovely outlook

We liked how quiet it was. Beautiful to watch the sunset from the balcony. Excellent communication with the host. We will definitely come back.

Only one thing that I can mention here. The sunbeds are few, you can not move them around because they are tied in special places. They are also very hard, a madras would be nice to have. The pool is very nice as well as the whole complex.

It was just too hot inside the property. There is a fan but we visited when there was a Calima and it was just unbearable in the apartment

The view is just as advertised, and you start feeling at home very quickly. From bathrooms to drawers and closet room, everything is spacious and more than enough to make you feel free and not analyze where to put every little thing. The place is quiet, more than enough parking and depending on your mobility, I would consider it a walking distance to the beach and shopping centers (but thats just me). This is my second time on Tenerife, and I this would be my first check on availability.

Well, the boiler could be a bit bigger, or maybe some tankless water heater. It's not really an issue, and I understand there are cost constraints, but I think for two people is just enough; if long hot showers are your thing, then maybe consider a schedule.

The location and the view from the balcony was exceptional. I liked the little extras such as the beach umbrellas the quality of the towels and bed linen.

There was evidence of some of the fittings getting a little tired. Such as the chair in the bedroom front leg loose a small tile on the edge of the balcony step loose, both the two balcony chairs support braces had come detached, a net curtain with a tear in it. We were concerned that even though the above issues already existed they might be attributed to ourselves and could be charged against our deposit. It was not stated when or how our deposit would be returned. When we started the booking process the site stated that a free transfer was included but on subsequent checking with booking.com we were told to contact the agent who said that it was booking.com’s responsibility. We then made other arrangements.

We loved the apartment, clean spacious and a great balcony, also well equipped. About 10 mins walk to bars shops and restaurants, the beach is about 15 mins. Lovely quiet area great for relaxing.

We were disappointed with the lack of sunbeds on offer although the pool area was clean and quiet. Don't let this put you off, the place is nice.

We would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together.
